Tall ships
It was a commission 30 years ago to paint a tea-clipper, that decided my choice to become a marine artist. No doubt my many sea-going ancestors had something to do with this love for ships, ports and the sea aswell.
Primairely I painted the world's tallest ships, the presentday training-vessels for the navy of merchant marine. The ships that gather at the major sailing events all over the world. This album shows you a number of these proud ships that are rightly called "Tall Ships".
